Single-use paperboard alternative to plastic cutlery set for European launch

PAPERBOARD utensil specialist EcoTensil has announced the European launch of its plastic-free single-use cutlery for food packaging. The range of folding paper utensils was developed to replace small plastic spoons and sporks found in the likes of pot lids and trays.
California-based EcoTensil said it was bringing its paperboard solutions to Europe through its European-based sales team, and its warehouse distribution centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. All the firm’s products are made from materials from FSC-certified forests and are said to use 50-80% less material than plastic, bio-plastic or wood cutlery. [Read More]
